I was diagnosed with large fibroids when I was trying to conceive my first child. The doctor told me that I was not conceiving due to the location and size of the fibroid. I was extremely scared and then the doctor told me I would have to have surgery and there would be no guarantees that I could conceive anyway. Dr. Judy met with me and told me some diet changes I could make, prescribed some herbs, gave me acupuncture and abdominal massage, and had me do some Castor Oil packs on the area of the fibroids. After 1 month, I went back to my doctor and my fibroid has significantly shrunk. The doctor still thought I would need fertility medications and surgery in order to conceive and I decided to continue with the alternative treatments. I conceived two months later without any medications and had a very nice pregnancy and delivery. No complications and I owe that all to the staff at Nurture and Dr. Judy.
